This gorgeous scalloped heart token is made from a unique seed paper. Handcrafted from recycled paper, the seed paper contains inclusions of petals and wildflower seeds. When ‘planted’ the paper breaks down into the soil — and the seeds germinate to produce seedlings!
 
Each heart is presented in a red jute drawstring bag and comes with a gift tag (blank).
